Blue Star Contemporary Main Gallery
First Friday, Oct 4, 6 to 9pm

The exhibition investigates themes of culture, gender, family, and humor as response mechanisms to our socio-political climate. Her exhibition will include a 50-foot mural inspired by the wallpaper installed in the White House’s Diplomatic Reception Room, Views of North America and punctuated with paintings to comment on the destructive and restorative nature of humanity. This large-scale artwork is presented along with sculpture, video, and performance-based works. Performances will take place on First Fridays in October, November, and January.
